City Dogs & City Kitties (CDCK) is a non-profit organization founded in 2011 with the goal of providing a lifeline to as many dogs and cats in need as possible. CDCK is and plans to remain a foster-based organization even with the recent opening of the new operations and admissions center. The Marketing Manager’s role is to get the word out about CDCK’s lifesaving work. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic, growing nonprofit rescue organization based in our nation’s capital and dedicated to saving dogs and cats. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and experience in the field of marketing and media relations. Knowledge of the animal welfare field and its issues is a plus! The environment is fast-paced and requires flexibility, being able to change directions quickly. This is a leadership position that reports directly to the Executive Director.
